Taking care of your mind and body is top tier. Most of the time we dont realize how much stress we add to our lives, and most importantly what stress does to our bodies. Stress breaks the body down first internally before you see it wearing on the outside. Therefore by the time you look stressed on the outside the damage is already done on the inside.

Here are 7 simple ways to reduce stress in your life.

  1. Personal Walk with God: Your walk is your walk, whatever that looks like for you. When you make God your primary focus everything you need in your life will come to you. Find a mentor its always nice to have someone you can relate to also going in a healthy direction.
  2. Eliminate Negative Energy: Stress not only affect our lifestyles most importantly it affects us internally. Do not care what people thinks. You dont have to delete every negative person in your life but you can change how you deal with them. Simple.
  3. Work/Life Balance: Working too many hours is stressful, not working enough is also stressful, every person should find a middle ground that fits into your lifestyle. Although work is important family is more important, we dont ever bring work home with us. Home is for our love one, relax, and unwind.
  4. Schedule Your Bills: When its not past due we sleep better at night. Get a monthly planner to keep your life on schedule sometime we simply forget and most importantly dont forget to pay yourself!
  5. Clean Up Your Diet: When you eat good you feel good. Make sure you add fruits and veggies to your daily meals.
  6. Develop Self Care Routine: Be Your Best PRETTY!!! Summer time is coming up lets get into our best skin and best hair creating a morning and night time routine. I start out with a gentle cleanser, milk tone, and hydrating moisturizers. My favorite is sleeping in a good lip mask!!
  7. Declutter Your Home: Spring is here lets get all that dust out, them walls clean who wants to come home to clutter..? We can always start small projects one day at a time. This allows your home to be relaxing and your new favorite place.

Removing stress is not always easy. But its definitely worth the try!
